Jewelry Care

All findings are high quality 925 sterling silver, 14k gold fill or stainless steel. These are all hypoallergenic materials, and, with proper care should last you a long time. Keep all jewelry away from moisture, liquids and household chemicals. Do not wear your pieces to the beach, the pool or in the shower and apply perfume before putting on your jewelry. We recommend wiping all our jewelry with a microfiber cloth to keep them looking their best and storing them in a jewelry box or pouch.

Our ceramic resin, glass and gemstone pieces are fragile and should be handled with care.

Our ceramic resin pieces are all cast by hand and all pigments are mixed by hand. Thus, these pieces will have small inconsistencies and imperfections, which are a natural result of the casting process. 

Orders

All pieces are made to order and our processing time is 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS and will provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If there's any reason (such as incorrect address) you should need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@reikastudio.com so we can assist you. Please double check that you put in the correct address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders that are delivered to the wrong address. If a package gets returned to us due to insufficient address, there will be an additional reshipping fee. 

Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost packages that are marked delivered on the USPS tracking.

Returns

Please note that since every item is made to order, we are currently not able to offer returns. This means that each order is final sale. Please be sure to double check your address and your order content before finalizing payment, as we will be unable to issue refunds once a payment has been processed. For  incorrect items, please contact us ASAP at hello@reikastudio.com.

If an order gets damaged in transit, please contact us right away at hello@reikastudio.com and provide photos of the package itself as well as the item within 2 business days of receipt. These orders will qualify for replacements. In order for us to be able to process a replacement, we must receive proof of damage within this time frame.
